I've tried to keep delivery charges as simple as possible. The charges below will be added to your order automatically as you go through the check-out process.

UK Delivery charges depend on the size of your order - orders over £150 are delivered free - for smaller orders:

• £4 for orders under £25
• £6 for orders £25+ but under £75
• £10 for orders £75+ but under £150
• Free for orders £150+

I usually use Royal Mail to dispatch goods to you and unless it's just samples you'll need to sign for the delivery.

Pell Wall Perfumes is just me, Chris Bartlett. When I get your order, it is likely that the first thing I will have to do is make the perfume you've ordered: I don't keep a lot of stock made up. The good news is that it will be freshly made by hand, however this may mean it takes a few days before I can dispatch your goods.

Please allow a week or so for delivery: if you've not received your goods by then, contact me and I'll sort it out.
